SATURDAY 23RD MAY 10-11AM : TASTER SESSION
Come and try something NEW! It’s fast, addictive and social. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
Whether you have never held a paddle before of you’re already hooked, this session will get you moving, laughing and learning the basics in no time.
£5 per person, payable on the day.

BEGINNERS COURSE :
Introduction to Pickleball: Learn the rules, scoring, and basic strategies of the game.
Technique Fundamentals: Master the grip, stance, and essential shots including serves, volleys, and dinks.
Interactive Drills: Fun, guided exercises to improve agility, coordination, and timing.
Friendly Matches: Practice what you’ve learned in supervised mini-games, building confidence for real play.
Equipment Guidance: Receive advice on paddles, balls, and footwear to get the most from your play.
Who Can Join:
Anyone aged 15+ No prior experience necessary – this course is beginner-friendly!
5 sessions - 90 minutes per session. Course dates : 01 June / 08 June / 15 June / 29 June / 6 July
Group Size: Minimum 3 - Maximum 8 participants. Cost: £65 for the full course (includes equipment for sessions)
